Windsor Park Environmental Justice Act (2023)

Challenge: A historic Black neighborhood faced decades of environmental neglect, threatening families’ health and stability.

Role & Approach: Mobilized community voices, crafted storytelling strategies, coordinated media and advocacy efforts to center residents’ experiences.

Impact: Passage of the Act provided relocation and restitution to 93 families, transforming policy into tangible justice.
